Vaari Nirvana technicians installing the pressure filters beside the EcoTreat tank at Baghmara.

How We Work

Clear from the First Visit. Responsible for Years After.

Treatment systems fail when no one owns them after installation. We plan the whole life of a system before work begins, and we stay with it.

Our Process

Seven Steps, from Site to Sustained Performance

  1. Illustration: an engineer and a client walking a site with a plan, marking where the system will go.

    01 ·Inspection

We visit the site with you: a site survey, a study of the flow and load the system must handle, and a map of what the site needs. We look at the space available, access for vehicles, and where treated water or recovered material can go.

You receive: a site assessment with the recommended system.

  2. Illustration: an engineer and a government official shake hands across a desk with the site plan and the schedule.

    02 ·Agreement

We set out the scope, the price, the timeline and who is responsible for what. Nothing starts until the MoU, contract or work order is signed, so there are no surprises on either side.

You receive: a proposal, then a signed MoU, contract or work order.

  3. Illustrated cutaway of an EcoTreat tank with three access lids: sedimentation, anaerobic media, aeration and second sedimentation chambers, a chlorine box, then two blue pressure filters.

    03 ·Validation

We finalise the design and sizing and take it to you for sign-off before any civil works or fabrication begin.

You receive: a final design, signed off by you.

  4. Illustration: local workers preparing the site for the plant.

    04 ·Construction

We arrange the statutory approvals, the power supply and access to the site. Then workers we hire locally carry out the civil works, which take about four weeks.

You receive: approvals in place and the site built ready for the system.

  5. Illustration: the factory-built SUSBIO EcoTreat tank, with its three access lids, lowered into place and connected by the team.

    05 ·Assemble

The factory-built system reaches site about six to eight weeks after the order, and our team installs, connects and commissions it. For a first installation in a new region, our technology partner works alongside us.

You receive: a working system, tested and commissioned.

  6. Illustration: a trainer showing local technicians the control panel, beside a blue pressure filter.

    06 ·Nurture

We train the operators who will look after the system: the panels, pumps and motors, and the daily checks. Where sludge must be collected, we train drivers too. Then we hand the system over formally.

You receive: a trained team, a clear routine and a formal handover.

  7. Illustration: a technician checking the SUSBIO EcoTreat plant, where treated water passes through two blue pressure filters before it is reused.

    07 ·Assure

An annual maintenance contract keeps the system working, with monitoring and a performance guarantee. In the first year our technology partner supports maintenance alongside us; after that our own team takes over. If your organisation prefers to run the system with its own staff, as the health department does at Baghmara, we agree that at the start.

You receive: a system that keeps working, and one number to call.

The Timeline at a Glance

Local Teams, Lasting Systems

The people who build and run a system should live near it. We hire civil and maintenance workers locally and train them, so faults are fixed quickly, the jobs stay in the area, and the skills stay with the community the system serves.

Working with Government

We know a project has to pass through approvals before it can begin. We provide the site assessment and the documentation your file needs before any order is placed, and we keep the paperwork clear from the first visit to commissioning.

See It Before You Decide

Where it helps a decision, we can arrange a demonstration, a pilot plant or a visit to a working installation.

Questions

Which states do you work in?
Our plants so far are in Meghalaya, at Baghmara, with Ampati in development, and in Kerala, at Thiruvananthapuram. Our office is in Hyderabad, Telangana. Tell us where your site is and we will tell you how we would support it.
Can you maintain a system you did not install?
Often, yes. We repair and upgrade effluent treatment plants that others built. For other systems, tell us what you have and we will tell you whether we can look after it.
What if something breaks?
Call the number on your maintenance plan. Our local technician attends, and the technology partner supports us where a part or specialist help is needed. We reply on the same day or within one business day.
